上海市社区中医药服务能力分析 　　摘 要 目的：了解上海市社区卫生服务机构的中医药服务能力，为今后社区中医药服务的发展提供建议。方法：采用定性和定量相结合的方式，通过收集上海市8家全国中医药特色社区卫生服务示范区、33家社区中医药服务示范点、160家中医药服务达标点相关定量资料，并抽取了5家社区卫生服务中心开展定性访谈，对社区中医服务能力进行分析。结果：上海达标建设前后的社区卫生服务中心从服务数量、中医家床数量、服务内容和形式上均有提升。结论：上海市中医药社区中医服务能力总体较好，但与国家的要求还有一定的差距。 　　关键词 社区卫生服务 中医药 服务能力 　　中图分类号：R197.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2014）02-0020-05 　　Analysis of the service capacity of 　　community traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai 　　ZHAO Xinping， LI Wenhua， HUANG Bin， CHU Jue 　　（1. Beizhan Community Health Service Center of Zhabei District， Shanghai 200071， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To learn the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） of the community health service centers in Shanghai to provide suggestions for the future development of TCM services in the community. Methods： By adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative ways， the community TCM service capabilities were analyzed through collecting the qualitative data from 8 national TCM characteristic community health service demonstrative districts， 33 TCM demonstrative community health service centers， and 160 TCM community services demonstrative stations in Shanghai， and the qualitative interviews were held in the five community health service centers extracted. Results： Before and after the construction of the community health centers in Shanghai， the number of services and home beds， service contents and forms were all improved. Conclusion： The service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine in the community health centers is general better.
