精品论文 参考文献 TPO和TGF-β1在特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者中的表达和意义 阿依姆妮萨bull;阿卜杜热合曼1 努尔阿米娜bull;依明尼亚孜1 刘加军2(通讯作者) （1新疆喀什地区第一人民医院血液科 新疆喀什 844000） （2中山大学血液病研究所 510630） 【摘要】目的 探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜（idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura ,ITP）患者血小板生成调控因子血小板生成素(Thrombopoietin,TPO)和转化生长因子beta;1（transforming growth factor -beta;1，TGF-beta;1）的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法　采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测30例ITP和25例病例对照的TPO 和TGF-beta;1的水平。25例健康体检者为正常对照组。结果　ITP患者血清TPO水平与正常对照组相比无显著性差异(Pgt;0.05)，病例对照组TPO水平显著高于正常对照组（Plt;0.05）。ITP患者血清TGF-beta;1的含量显著高于正常对照组（Plt;0.05）,病例对照组血清TGF-beta;1的含量与正常对照组相比无显著性差异（Pgt;0.05）, 但显著低于ITP患者（Plt;0.05）。结论　检测ITP患者的TPO及TGF-beta;1水平对其发病机制研究、鉴别诊断方面有重要价值。 【关键词】 特发性血小板减少性紫癜 血小板生成素 转化生长因子beta;1 【中图分类号】R554+.6 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）13-0102-02 Levels of TPO and TGF-beta;1 in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura Ayimunisabull;Abudureheman，nueraminabull;yiminniyazi Department of Hematolog,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Kashi；Xinjiang, Kashi 844000,China 【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the relationship between thrombopoietin(TPO),transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-beta;1) and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)。 METHODS: ELISA was used to test the levels of TPO and TGF-beta;1 in blood serum。RESULTS:The level of TPO in ITP patients was no difference with healthy donors (Pgt;0.05)，and levels of TPO in case control was significantly higher than that in healthy donors (Plt;0.05)。The level of TGF-beta;1 in ITP patients was higher than healthy donors（Plt;0.05），and levels of TGF-beta;1 in case control was significantly lower than that in ITP patients (Plt;0.05)，but showed no difference with healthy donors (Pgt;0.05)。CONCLUSION: The results indicate that detection of the serum levels of TPO and TGF-beta;1 is of great value in the understanding of the pathogenesis,differential diagnosis of ITP 。 【Keywords】 idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura thrombopoietin transforming growth factor -beta;1 特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）是一种常见的免疫介导的血小板
