精品论文 参考文献 TCT检测在宫颈癌筛查及临床分期效能分析 胡淑玲 呼伦贝尔市妇幼保健所 （内蒙古呼伦贝尔021008） 【摘要】 目的 分析探讨液基细胞学检测（TCT）检测在宫颈癌筛查及临床分期的诊断效能及临床意义。方法 对我院2011年3月至2012年6月150例根据临床症状疑是宫颈癌或上皮内瘤变患者进行TCT筛查及临床分期相关性分析，确诊以阴道镜下宫颈组织病理活检为金标准。结果 TCT诊断宫颈癌特异性为0.704，敏感性为0.886，一致率86.00% ，ROC特征曲线下面积分别为0.884（95% CI：0.830-0.939）,P=0.000；不同临床分期诊断效能无统计学差异（TCT阳性结果界定值ge;非典型鳞状上皮），而各临床分期TCT检测分级结果chi;2=16.717，P=0.001lt;0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论 液基细胞学检测（TCT）诊断宫颈癌效能显著，且各临床分期诊断效能无显著统计学差异，具有早期筛查及临床确诊等优点，值得临床推广。【关键词】液基细胞学检测；宫颈癌；临床分期 ［中图分类号］R329.2［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1810－5734(2013)03－－ TCT detection performance analysis in cervical cancer screening and clinical staging . Method Hospital from March 2011 to June 2012, 150 cases of suspected based on clinical symptoms of cervical cancer or intraepithelial neoplasia patients with TCT testing，diagnosed colposcopic cervical biopsy as the gold standard. Result TCT diagnosis of cervical cancer possessed a specificity of 0.704, a sensitivity of 0.886, the same rate of 86.00%,and the ROC characteristic area under the curve were 0.884 (95% CI :0.830-0 .939),P=0.000.
