精品论文 参考文献 25例艾塞那肽治疗2糖尿病（T2DM）的效果观察 （龙泉驿区黄土镇公立卫生院 四川成都 610108） 摘要 目的 探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）的治疗方法。 方法 选择我院2015年6月台组12月50例（T2DM门诊病人，按随机分配的原则分为观察组25人和对照组25人。观察组选用新药艾塞那肽治疗，对照组选择用胰岛素+噻唑烷二酮类治疗。 结果 观察组疗20例疗效显著，血糖水平控制在正常水平。5例血糖略有波动，加用甲双胍或噻唑烷二酮类联用后血糖控制在理想水平；对照组10例疗效稳定，血糖水平控制在理想水平，10例血糖水平控制不理想，5无效。 结论 艾塞那肽治疗2型糖尿病（T2DM）的疗效显著高于胰岛素+噻唑烷二酮类治疗组。艾塞那肽治疗2型糖尿病（T2DM）能有效的控制血糖在理想水平并具有很好的改善脂肪的分解代谢，降低或减少脂肪肝的发生，减少腹型肥胖，并全面调节糖尿病患者的血脂紊乱的功效，是理想的治疗2型糖尿病（T2DM）的新型药物。 关键词 2型糖尿病；艾塞那肽；疗效观察 25 cases of Essex that peptide effect is observed for the treatment of 2 diabetes (T2DM) Ceng Jiangying HuangTu Town public institutes, longquanyi district, chengdu city, sichuan province Zip code 610108 Abstract: [objective] to explore the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
