中药熏蒸治疗盆腔炎性疾病的远期疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：评价中药熏蒸治疗盆腔炎性疾病的远期疗效，探讨中药熏蒸疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病的作用机理。方法：选取2007年9月-2011年11月本院门诊确诊的106例患有盆腔炎性疾病的患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组52例和对照组54例。对照组患者采用口服或静滴抗生素治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上均采用中药熏蒸下腹部同步治疗，两组治疗时间相同。观察和比较两组盆腔炎性疾病患者经不同治疗后的远期疗效。结果：两组治疗方法在治疗后半年和1年的回访显示，治疗组的远期疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：两种治疗方案治疗盆腔炎都有一定的疗效，但配合中药熏蒸疗法较单纯西医治疗更能有效长期改善患者症状，提高生活质量。 　　【关键词】 中药熏蒸； 盆腔炎性疾病； 远期疗效 　　Long-term Effect on Pelvic Inflamatory Disease Treated with Chinese Medicine Fumigation/GUO Shu-hong，RAO Sheng-guo，LIU Li，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（01）：116-117 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the long-term efficacy on pelvic inflammatory disease treated with chinese medicine fumigation and to explore traditional chinese medicine fumigation treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease of action for the future provide a basis to guide clinical treatment.Method：One hundred and six patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected in our hospital from September 2007 to November 2011，they were divided into the control group for 54 cases and the treatment group for 52 cases.The control group was treated with oral or intravenous antibiotic therapy，the treatment group was treated with traditional chinese medicine fumigation under abdominal synchronization therapy based on the control group treatment，the treatment time of two groups of the same.Observed and compared long-term efficacy of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease of two groups after different treatments.Result：The treatment of two groups in the treatment of 6 months and 1 year review，according to the long-term curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Two kinds of treatment programs for treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease have some efficacy，but with traditional chinese medicine fumigation therapy is pure western medicine treatment can effectively improve symptoms for a long time，improve the quality of life. 　　【Ke
