精品论文 参考文献 胸腺肽肠溶片联合0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风临床疗效观察 熊健 四川省医学科学院 四川省人民医院 四川成都 610072 摘要：目的：探究胸腺肽肠溶片联合0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风的临床疗效，为临床提供指导。方法：抽取来我院就医的56例白癜风患者（2013年6月至2015年12月）作为此次实验的目标对象，对56例白癜风患者进行随机对照分组。对照组28例白癜风患者应用0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗，实验组28例白癜风患者应用胸腺肽肠溶片联合0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗，研究对比两组白癜风患者的临床疗效、生活质量评分及不良反应发生率。结果：对照组28例患者的总有效率为57.14%，显著低于实验组（78.57%），P＜0.05；治疗前，两组白癜风患者的生活质量评分无显著区别，P＞0.05，治疗后，两组白癜风患者的生活质量评分较治疗前均有显著改善，P＜0.05，但实验组白癜风患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；对照组28例患者的不良反应发生率（7.14%）和实验组（3.57%）无明显差异，P＞0.05。结论：对白癜风患者采取胸腺肽肠溶片联合0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗，能显著缩小白斑面积，提高患者的生活质量，且毒副作用较小。 关键词：胸腺肽肠溶片；卤米松乳膏；白癜风；疗效 【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of thymosin enteric-coated tablets combined with 0.05% Haliotaxine cream in the treatment of vitiligo，and provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods：Fifty-six vitiligo patients（June，2013 to December，2015）were selected as the target of this study. Fifty-six patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups. 28 cases of vitiligo patients treated with 0.05% halometasone cream，the experimental group of 28 patients with vitiligo thymosin enteric-coated tablets combined with 0.05% halometasone cream，compared the two groups of patients with vitiligo clinical efficacy，quality of life scores and adverse Reaction rate.
