精品论文 参考文献 中药热敷疗法在妇产科术后腰痛护理的应用与研究 蔡秀玲 王伟伟 梁惠珍(甘肃省清水县人民医院 741400) 【中图分类号】R248 【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2013)11-0264-02 【摘要】 目的 观察中药热敷疗法治疗腰硬联麻妇产科术后腰痛的临床疗效,将符合纳入标准及排除标准的腰硬联麻妇产科术后腰痛患者192例，按1：1：1随机分为三组：常规护理组、普通热敷组及中药热敷组，每组各64例，中药热敷组给予常规护理及中药热敷腰部，观察指标采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)、McGill疼痛问卷简表及自创腰痛评分表进行评分，建立数据库并进行统计分析，结果显示，常规护理组有效率为35.88﹪；采用普通热敷法有效率为59.06﹪；而运用中药(吴茱萸加白芥子)热敷疗法组有效率可达93.75﹪。其中有效率在常规护理组和普通热敷组及中药热敷组中相比差异均为极显著(Plt;0.01) 【关键词】 中药热敷 腰硬联麻 术后腰痛 【Abstract】 Objective To observe Chinese medcine fomentation therapy how to cure patient after the waist epidural anesthesia, which is kind of gynecologic surgery. To study a kind of nursing methods for postoperative lumbar pain after the waist epidural anesthesia, which is effective, simple, convenient and more economic. And also expand the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine fomentation therapy. Methods Make a sample of patients after the waist epidural anesthesia total in 192 cases of lumbar pain, according to the proportion of randomly divided into three groups: normal nursing group, ordinary hot compress group and traditional Chinese medicine fomentation groups, each group of the 64 cases. Normal nursing group was given only normal nusring care. Common hot compress group was given conventional nursing care and hot water bag compressing the waist and traditional Chinese medicine fomentation group was given normal nursing care and chinese medcine compressing waist. Observe index using visual analog scale (VAS), McGill pain questionnaire short list and a waist pain rating scale. Establish the database and make a statistical analysis. Results The effective rate of each group respectively is 35.88%, 59.06% and 93.75%. Conclusions Ordinary hot compress group and traditional Chinese medicine fomentation group have higher effiency than normal nursing group.
