CHEN Si-zeng Abstract Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of different nutritional supports in gastric cancer patients undergoing radical resection. Methods Totally 75 postoperative patients of gastric cancer from June 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups: parenteral nutrition group, ensure enteral nutrition group and peptison enteral nutrition group. Ensure group and Peptison group received nutritional support from tube feeding in postoperative 24h , parenteral nutrition group in postoperative 24h received parenteral nutrition support. Each group received isocaloric and isonitrogen. On the day before operation and the 9th day postoperation ，the nutrition and immune index were measured ， The time of anal exhaust and complication were observed and recorded ．Meanwhile ，the nutritional support costs were calculated. Results The Nutrition and immune index in enteral nutrition (EN) is superior to parenteral nutrition group (PN) (P 0.05), the time of gastrointestinal function recovery after operation in EN group is shorter than in PN group ,there is no significant difference between in two ensure group in the first two index (P 0.05);The postoperative complication rate of three group was no significant difference (P 0.05);the nutritional support costs of EN group was significantly lower than that of group PN (P 0.01),and ensure group was significantly lower th
