The development of the modern technology and science has pushed the rapid development of the medicinal mode as the patients’ life security will be affected by the level of the nursing in the operating room, thus, the nursing becomes extraordinary important in the operation. The nursing technique in operating room is the one of the consistent principle to the life safety of the patients. Medically, there is more science and technology integrated into it and some minimal invasive surgery with high-tech application has occurred in the surgical operation and so on. It is necessary to enhance personal knowledge and operational capability with the engagement of new medical technological equipment and material to the users, and the managerial level of the relevant nurses and the medical workers has to increase to a qualified level. The paper is based on enhancing the personal quality of the nurses, strengthening the study of new nursing technique, prom
