摘要林业是国民经济的重要组成部分，改革开放以来，我国林业得到迅猛发展，逐步由传统林业向现代林业转变。林业发展的根本出路在于依靠科技进步，农户对科技的需求是林业发展的原动力。在山区，对农业、工业等的重视程度远远超过林业，林业发展支持力度不够，后劲不足，长此下去，不仅林业得不到应有的发展，更会导致农、工业等的发展成为无源之水、无本之木，后果不堪设想。本文以经济学供求理论为指导，围绕安徽省宣城市绩溪县长安镇山区农户种植油茶的具体情况来反映当前农户油茶种植科技需求的现状，对农户的科技需求和供给进行深入分析。本文首先从农户对油茶的种植意愿、不同地区所需的技术培训、农户对政府提供的技术支持的需求状况以及政府提供技术状况的满意度这四个方面来分析山区林业科技需求的现状与特点。接着着重分析了影响山区农户林业科技需求的诸多因素，从农户自身特征、经营规模、农户主观感受与需求服务这三个方面展开。运用EVIEWS软件及统计分析方法，建立相关模型，找出影响山区农户林业科技需求的因素，得出农户的年龄、身体健康状况、种植面积及对政府提供油茶技术状况的满意度这四个方面通过了显著性检验，是影响农户科技需求的主要因素。然后分析了山区林业科技供给状况，阐述了林业科技推广体系的建设情况、林业科技推广机构的作用以及油茶的推广模式，描述了林业科技供给主体，并分析了林业科技需求与供给的矛盾，找出林业科技供给存在的诸多问题。最后得出以下结论，要解决山区农户林业科技需求与供给的矛盾，必须首先要构建农户科技需求的表达机制，其次要发挥林业站的基础作用，委派专家亲临指导，再次要调动林农积极性，加大经费投入，最后要建立林农培训体系，提高林农的综合素养。关键词：林业，油茶，科技需求，科技供给AbstractForestryisanimportantpartofthenationaleconomy,andChinasforestryhasbeendevelopedrapidlyandgradually,whichischangedfromtraditionalforestrytomodernforestry.Scientificandtechnologicalprogressisthefundamentalwaytodevelopforestry,whilethedemandforscienceandtechnologyisthedrivingforcebehindthedevelopmentofforestry.Peoplepaymoreattentiontoagricultureandindustryinthemountains,forestrydevelopmentsupportisinsufficient,lackingofstayingpower,inthelongrunnotonlyforestrycannotgetduedevelopment,butalsowillleadtoagricultural,industrialandotherdevelopmenttobecomeariverwithoutwater,atreewithoutrootsandtheconsequencescouldbedisastrous.Thepaper,basedontheeconomicsofsupplyanddemandtheory,iscircledonthespecificcircumstancesofplantingcamelliaoleiferainChanganTownMountain,Jixi,Xuancheng,Anhui,reflectingthecurrentstatusofscientificandtechnologicalneeds,inordertoanalyzethefarmers’demandandsupplyfortechnology.Firstly,thispaperhasanalyzedstatusandcharacteristicsoftheneedsofforestryscienceinmountainsfromfouraspects:thewillingnessofplantingcamelliaoleifera,therequiredtechnicaltrainingindifferentregions,thedemandconditionsoftechnicalsupportprovidedbythegovernment,thesatisfactionwiththeprovisionoftechnicalconditionbythegovernment.Thenitfocusesonanalysisoffactorsoftheimpactofnee
