精品论文 参考文献 急性毒蜂蜇伤30例临床分析 张全峰（江油市第四人民医院 四川江油 621702) 【摘要】 目的：探讨和分析毒蜂蜇伤对人体的危害及发病机理，提高临床诊疗水平。方法：回顾性分析1995年1月至2012年12月我院收治的毒蜂蜇伤30例临床资料。结果：轻到中度发热7例，头昏、头痛15例，昏厥5例，全身及局部出现皮疹6例，血压下降4例，蜇伤处疼痛28例，组织坏死6例，血尿4例，各种早搏2例，心动过速4例，尿素氮、肌酐升高5例，肝功能异常4例，并发急性肾功能衰竭2例、急性心功能衰竭2例、急性呼吸衰减3例，死亡4例。结论：毒蜂蜇伤患者的预后与患者就诊时间，毒蜂攻击人体的数量，毒蜂种类，基础疾病，患者年龄，以及伤口是否有效处理等有关。 【关键词】 毒蜂蜇伤 临床分析 【中图分类号】R595 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）08-0143-01 Clinical analysis of 30 cases of acute poisonous bee sting。 Zhang Quanfeng . The fourth peoples hospital of jiangyou , jiangyou sichuan (621702) ，China 【Abstract】 objective to investigate and analyze the poisonous bee sting the harm to human body and the pathogenesis, improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods a retrospective analysis in January 1995 to December 2012, clinical data of 30 cases of our hospital poisonous bee sting. Results of mild to moderate fever in 7 cases, 15 cases were dizziness, headache, faint in 5 cases, 6 cases of systemic and local skin rash, blood pressure decline in 4 cases, 28 cases sting of the pain and tissue necrosis in 6 cases, 4 cases of hematuria, various premature beat in 2 cases, 4 cases were tachycardia, urea nitrogen, creatinine, increased in 5 cases, 4 cases were abnormal liver function, 2 patients complicated with acute renal failure, acute heart failure in 2 cases, acute respiratory attenuation 3 cases, 4 cases died. Conclusion the prognosis of patients with poisonous bee sting, time to the patient, poison the number of bees attack the human body, poisonous bee species, basic diseases, patients age, and the wound is effective treatment and so on。 【key words】 poisonous bee sting Clinical analysis 毒蜂蜇伤近年来在基层医院越来越多，死亡人数呈上升趋势，为了有效预防和治疗毒蜂蜇伤，降低死亡率，特将我院1995年1月至2011年12月收治的毒蜂蜇伤30例分析报道如下： 1 临床资料 1.1一般资料 所有患者均是我院住院患者，其中男21例、女9例，年龄5-70岁，平均40岁，所有患者均为野外作业或旅游者，其中26例经治疗好转出院，4例死亡，死亡率13.33％。蜇伤距就诊时间，1—10分钟5例，10—30分钟8例，30—60分钟9例，1小时以上8例。
