精品论文 参考文献 中枢神经细胞瘤0.5T鑫高益影像诊断研究 杨勇 　　（四川巴中市南江县人民医院放射科 636600） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨中枢神经细胞瘤应用0.5T鑫高益影像进行诊断的具体概况，以便能够更加深入和具体的了解该疾病。方法：随机选择2013年1月至2014年1月入住我院接受常规治疗并通过病理和手术证实为中枢神经细胞瘤的6例患者作为研究对象，对6例神经细胞瘤患者的临床诊断和治疗资料进行、回顾性分析，探讨0.5T鑫高益影像诊断在疾病诊断中的应用和效果。结果：在0.5T鑫高益影像下，6例患者的细胞瘤均在侧脑室内形成，且位置比较靠前，在Monro 孔附近病灶多。细胞瘤与透明隔处在一种宽基底相连的状态，整个细胞瘤的边界非常清晰但信号呈现不均匀形式。有1例细胞瘤患者同时伴有出血症状。结论：处在侧脑室内中前部且0.5T鑫高益影像下边界清晰但信号不均匀的肿瘤通常多为中枢神经细胞瘤。 　　【关键词】中枢神经 细胞瘤 0.5T鑫高益影像 诊断 　　【中图分类号】R730.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2014）08-0070-02 　　【Abstract】 objective: to study the neural cell tumor application general situation of the specific 0.5T0.5 T xin Gao Yi imaging diagnosis, deeper and more specific to be able to understand the disease. Cell tumor with septum pellucidum were in a state of base are linked together, the whole cell tumor boundary is very clear but the signal takes the form uneven. Two patients with tumor with bleeding symptoms.
