精品论文 参考文献 Orem自理理论应用于胃癌合并糖尿病病人的护理探讨 程火玲 （咸宁市中医医院 437100） 【摘要】目的 探讨Orem自理理论在胃癌合并糖尿病患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法 根据不同患者的自理能力，对48例胃癌合并糖尿病患者实行相应的护理支持；在患者出院时对其综合自理能力进行评估；出院三月后回访测量清晨空腹血糖并统计低血糖发生率。结果 48例患者术后有2例出现肺部感染，3例切口感染，其余患者恢复良好；术后平均住院时间13.4plusmn;3.8天，住院期间血糖控制在5.5-11.8 mmol/L；出院综合自理能力评估平均87.6分；术后第三月回访，清晨空腹血糖5.8plusmn;1.6 mmol/L，每月平均发生低血糖0.5次。结论 Orem自理理论应用于胃癌合并糖尿病患者的护理，能有效控制血糖、减少术后并发症、缩短住院时间、促进患者早日康复、提高出院后患者生活质量。 【关键词】 Orem自理理论 胃癌 糖尿病 【中图分类号】R473.73 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）29-0013-02 【Abstract】Objective To discuss the application value of Oremrsquo;s self-care theory in gastric cancer patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods According to the different self-care ability of patient,we gave corresponding nursing support; We evaluated their comprehensive self-care ability before they leave hospital;In the third month after they leaving hospital, we payed a return visit about their fasting plasma glucose and the incidence of hypoglycemia. Result In the 48 patients after operation ,except 2 patients with lung infection and 3 cases with incision infection,the other patients recover well. The average hospitalization time after operation was 13.4plusmn;3.8 days and during be in hospital the paitentsrsquo; average blood glucose was controled in 5.5-11.8 mmol/L .Their score of comprehensive self-care ability was 87.6. In the third month after they leaving hospital, their fasting plasma glucose was 5.8plusmn;1.6 mmol/L and suffered 0.5 times hypoglycemia one month averagely. Conclusion The application of Oremrsquo;s self-care theory in gastric cancer patients with diabetes mellitus could effectively control patientsrsquo; blood sugar, reduce the postoperative complications, shorten the length of hospital stay, promote the patient recovery, improve their living quality after discharge from hospital. 【Keywords】 Oremrsquo;s self-care gastric cancer diabetes mellitus Orem自我护理理论最早是由美国护理学家Orem在1971年提出的，其核心思想是患者个人应对其健康负责，
