精品论文 参考文献 160例分娩镇痛的临床疗效研究 张显蓉 　　（彭州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心 四川 彭州 611930） 　　【摘要】 目的：研究并分析导乐分娩在分娩镇痛中的应用疗效。方法：将2014年2月～2015年8月在我院分娩的160例产妇纳入到本组研究中，按照分娩方式的不同将160例产妇分为导乐分娩组与常规镇痛组，采取相应的镇痛方式，对比两组镇痛效果、手术方式、产程时间、产后2h出血量等情况。结果：导乐分娩组在产程时间与产后出血量方面，在镇痛效果上，导乐分娩组中72例显效，8例有效，0例无效，常规镇痛组中13例显效、17例有效，50例无效，导乐分娩组镇痛效果显著优于常规镇痛组，导乐分娩组剖宫产率、胎儿窘迫与新生儿窒息发生率也低于常规镇痛组，上述数据组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：将导乐无痛分娩应用在临床分娩镇痛中可以缩短产程时间，提升自然分娩率，不会对新生儿产生不良影响，这一镇痛措施值得在临床中推广使用。 　　【关键词】 导乐分娩；分娩镇痛；临床疗效 　　【中图分类号】R741 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）17-0017-02 　　Clinical study of 160 cases of labor analgesia Zhang Xianrong.Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center of Pengzhou City , Sichuan Province, Pengzhou 611930, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To study and analyze the application effect of Doula in labor analgesia.
