精品论文 参考文献 18F-FDG PET-CT与血清CA125 、NSE联合检测在肺癌诊断中的价值 甘西伦 谭蓓蓓 周凡 杨建波 　　（泸州医学院附属医院核医学科 646000） 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨18F-FDG PET-CT与血清CA125、NSE联合检测在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法：选取78例来我院就诊，查体或临床症状、CT支持诊断为肺癌患者，行18F-FDG PET-CT检查同时采取静脉血行血清CA125、NSE检测，同时与最终诊断进行比较，分析两种检查之间的相关性。结果：78例中，76例确诊肺癌或转移。血清CA125、NSE检测诊断肺癌的敏感性为70.5%，特异性为80.3%，准确性为76.2%；18F-FDG PET-CT检查诊断肺癌的敏感性为95%，特异性为93.3%，准确性为98.5%。两者联合诊断的敏感性为100%，特异性为94.5%，准确性为99.6%。结论：18F-FDG PET-CT诊断肺癌的敏性和准确性较血清CA125、NSE检测高，血清CA125、NSE检测对18F-FDG PET-CT诊断有补充作用，两者联合应用对于肺癌的???诊有着重要的临床价值。 　　【关键词】肺癌；PET-CT；18F-FDG血清CA125；NSE联合检测 　　【中图分类号】R734.2 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）8-0512-02 　　18F-FDG PET-CT and serum CA125、NSE joint detection value in the diagnosis of lung cancer 　　LuZhou medical university affiliated hospital ,Nuclear medicine Ganxilun,Tanbeibei，Zhangli, Yangjianbo 　　【Abstract】Objective：To explore the 18F - FDG PET - CT and serum CA125, NSE joint detection value in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods：Select 78 cases to our hospital, clinical symptoms and CT examination or support the diagnosis of lung cancer patients, 18F - FDG PET - CT examination line to take venous blood serum CA125, NSE detection at the same time, at the same time compared with final diagnosis, analysis of the relationship between the two kinds of inspection. Combining both diagnostic sensitivity of 100%, specificity of 94.5%, the accuracy is 99.6%. Conclusion 18F - FDG PET - CT diagnosis of lung cancer sensitivity and high accuracy compared with serum CA125, NSE, serum CA125, NSE detection of 18F - FDG PET - CT diagnosis has a supplementary role, both joint application has important clinical value for the diagnosis of lung cancer. 　　【Keywords】18F - F
