关于高校图书馆可持续发展管理障碍问题探讨及对策 　　Discussion on Problems of Management Barriers of Sustainable Development of University Library 　　 　　 Chai Rong 　　（Xian Aeronautical Polytechnic Institute，Xian 710089，China） 　　 　　摘要： 随着高校队伍的不断发展扩大，高校图书馆也如雨后春笋般日渐增多，随之而来得还有一系列的管理障碍的问题。随着网络技术的发展，网上图书馆的也应运而生。新事物的产生往往伴随着新问题的滋生。图书馆人力资源利用不当，图书馆管理工作的技术上出现的问题，图书馆的经济管理上出现的问题，其管理模式与经济构架的改变，使得问题的样式越来越多元化。面对这一系列接踵而至的问题，完善高校图书馆的可持续管理急需落实和实践实施。 　　Abstract: With the development and expansion of the college team, the libraries of university are increasing, and there are a series of problems of management. Along with the development of network technology, online library also arises at the historic moment. The generation of new things usually accompanies the growth of new problems. The improper use of human resource of library, technical problems in the library management, problems in economic management of library and the change of its management mode and economic framework make the style of problems become more and more diversified.
