Materials andMethods Patientswith lung cancer an metastatic lymphnodes prove by pathological findings underwent double-phase enhance CT scan using GSI (gemstone spectralimaging)mode fromDec2013to Dec2014.Seventy–fourpatients (40 men, 34 women age range: 25-76, mean age: 58) were include into the study.All ， patients were separate into groups as follow: (1)All the cases were divide into two groups: metastatic lymph nodes group (including 23 squamous carcinomas, 28 adenocarcinomas an 5 small cell lung carcinomas) an normal lymph nodes group (18 cases); (2)Metastatic lymph nodes group include 23 cases squamous carcinomas, 28 cases adenocarcinomas an 5 cases small cell lung carcinomas,respectively.
