Abstract Establishing the Training outline on the Core Competencies of Critical Diseases for Low Seniority Nurses in Cancer Hospital Postgraduate:Yunli Fan Tutor: Yan Guo Nursing college of Zhengzhou University Zhengzhou Henan Province,450001 Abstract Objective Understanding the status nursing of cancer hospital’s low Seniority nurses.This study is based on tumor specialized characteristic and the low qualification nurses’ core competence, to build core competence in critical disease nursing of cancer hospital’s low qualification nurses by quantitative research and qualitative research, providing a reference for on-the-job training of core competence in critical disease nursing of cancer hospital’s low qualification nurses. Methods This study adopts the convenient sampling method, and selected nurses of two tumor hospital in Henan province. Understanding the status nursing of cancer hospital’s low qualification nurses by questionnaire survey and statistical analysis after the questionnaire survey. Semi-structured interview adopts purposeful sampling method, 7 nursing managers of a tumor hospital are selected as the research object to do depth interview, then analysis the interview data. According to the results of the questionnaire and semi-structured interview, expert questionnaire are accomplished, then two rounds of expert consultation are developed, including 20 senior experts in
