Abstract: China, the United States, Britain, France, Germany, the five-nation Comparative Study of Educational Practice found that foreign educational practice has four characteristics, there are three of China’s lack of education practice. Learn from the experience of foreign education practice patterns, China’s high teacher education practice should increase the proportion of time teaching practice, focusing on education, the cultivation of practical ability; to expand the content and form of educational practice, and strengthen the integration of educational theory and practice; standardize and improve the educational practice of management and evaluation, construction of a more stable base for the practice to meet the professional development of teacher education in modern needs.

Abstract: The comparative study on the educational practice models of China, America, England, France and Germany shows that foreign educational practice has four characteristics and our Chinese educational practice has three weakpoints. To meet the need of professional development of teacher education, we should pay more attention to cultivating the educational practice and increasing the practice time, enrich both practical content and styles, strengthen the integration of educational theory and practice, improve both practice management and assessment, and build up steady educational practice bases.
