不同吸痰方式对急性呼吸衰竭患者呼吸系统顺应性的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：分析不同吸痰方式对急呼衰患者呼吸系统的顺应性影响效果。方法：选取2010年2月-2013年2月收治的37例行机械通气的急性呼衰患者，按照通气中吸痰方式的差异性将其分为研究组20例和对照组17例，研究组采用CS方式吸痰，对照组采用OS方式吸痰，对比两组吸痰前后呼吸系统动力学指标变化情况以及Cst变化情况。结果：研究组吸痰前后SpO2、RR、Pplat、Ppeak以及Vt几项呼吸动力学指标均无明显变化，且Cst变化比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组吸痰前后呼吸动力学指标以及Cst均会出现较明显的波动，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用CS方式吸痰对急性呼衰患者呼吸系统的顺应性影响更小，更值得推广。 　　【关键词】 吸痰方式； 呼吸系统； 急性呼吸衰竭； 顺应性 　　The Impact of Different Ways of Sputum Suction Way Acting on the Respiratory System Compliance of Patients with Acute Respiratory Failure/SU Huai-hai.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（01）：035-036 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the impact effect of different ways of sputum suction way acting on the respiratory system compliance of patients with acute respiratory failure.Method：Thirty-seven patients with acute respiratory failure who were cured by mechanical ventilation were selected from February 2010 to February 2013，they were randomly divided into the research group for 20 cases and the control group for 17 cases，the study group was treated with CS sputum suction，the control group was treated with OS method，the changes of sputum aspiration respiratory dynamics indexes and the Cst before and after the sputum suction of the two groups were compared.Result：The respiratory dynamics indexes of SpO2，RR，Pplat，Ppeak，Vt and Cst had no obvious change before and after the sputum suction of the research group（P0.05）；the respiratory dynamics indexes and Cst change obviously before and after the sputum suction of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using CS way suction on the respiratory system in patients with acute respiratory failure of compliance impacts smaller，which is more worthy of promotion. 　　【Key words】 Ways of sputum suction； Respiratory system； Acute respiratory failure； Compliance 　　First-author’s address：Shijie Hospital of Dongguan City，Dongguan 523290，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2014.01.017 　　急性呼衰是临床常见病，一般通过机械通气方式治疗，治
