桂林航天工业学院本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE II PAGE PAGE III 摘要：随着市场经济的不断发展，当前物流业是我国的新兴行业，但由于物流配送成本普遍居高不下，导致了商品价格高的现象。物流配送保证了物流运作的正常运转，目前也成为了生产企业在激烈的市场竞争中开展的延伸服务。从现代物流的角度来看，配送管理是一种新兴的生产与运作组织管理形式，是有效消除商品的时间距离和空间距离的物质基础，配送管理能够对供应商、制造商、销售商、最终用户相关的物质流、信息流、资金流实现有效管理，可以达到以低成本实现高效率的生产经营。广州国美电器主要从事各类干果配送。目前广州国美电器物流配送的管理体系存在着一些问题，这些问题制约着广州国美电器的物流配送业务的发展，本文基于节约里程法对广州国美电器的配送管理现状的分析，深入探究广州国美电器配送管理方面存在的问题，进而找出问题产生的根源，最终针对这些问题，运用节约里程法对广州国美电器的配送路线进行优化，希望能以此来使广州国美电器配送管理水平得到全面提高。 关键词 ：物流配送；配送线路；节约里程法；广州国美电器 ABSTRACT： With the continuous development of market economy, the current logistics industry is the emerging industry in our country, but because the logistics cost is generally high, resulted in the phenomenon of high commodity prices.
