上海电力大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE 17 农产品冷链物流 摘要：冷链食品的物流发展空间巨大，但在中国冷链物流的发展仍处于早期阶段。中国目前的企业数量和专业基础设施的落后仍然是制约冷链物流的重要因素。因此，深入了解和研究生鲜农产品制冷配送物流是非常重要的。这个研究是建立在实践基础上，阐述了当前国内冷链的现况，以及提出建议和存在的问题，如何加强生鲜农产品冷链物流的运输效率。通过本文的分析，我国现如今的在生鲜农产品的冷链物流上存在的问题有：完整独立的冷链物流体系尚未形成，损耗浪费严重；硬件设施落后，冷藏运输效率低；市场化程度低，第三方介入少；整体规划不完善，资源整合受影响；法律法规不健全，产品安全防护弱。基于此，文章提出的具体解决对策有：缩短流通环节，发展冷藏运输设备和低温保鲜技术；促进传统常温物流运输公司向专业冷链物流企业转变；建立健全的政治环境，规划完善的制度，加强对专业人员的培训。 关键词：生鲜农产品；冷链物流；流通效率 Current Situation and Development Countermeasure Analysis of Fresh Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics in China Abstract: The development of refrigerated food logistics will be promising, but the contradiction lies in the scarcity and backwardness of professionals and infrastructure in this field, which makes the cold chain logistics in China still in its initial growth stage. Therefore, it is of great significance to further deepen the understanding and exploration of the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products. On the basis of introducing the current situation of domestic cold chain logistics development and the existing problems, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in China, and provides some suggestions from practice. Through the analysis of this paper, the problems existing in the development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in China are as follows: complete and independent system has not yet been formed, serious wastage and wastage; backward hardware facilities, low efficiency of refrigerated transportation; low degree of marketization, less involvement of third parties; imperfect overall planning, resource integration affected; imperfect laws and regulations, weak product safety protection.
