腹腔镜辅助小切口胃间质瘤切除术46例临床的的体会 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜辅助小切口胃间质瘤切除术的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2009年6月-2016年5月腹腔镜辅助小切口胃间质瘤切除术治疗46例胃间质瘤患者的临床资料，随访时间6～36个月（中位时间21个月）。结果：46例患者均顺利康复，手术时间50～110 min，平均75 min；术中出血量20～50 ml，平均35 ml，总住院天数5～7 d，平均5.7 d。术后无出血，无术后胃穿孔等并发症发生，随访无复发。结论：腔镜辅助小切口胃间质瘤切除术具有切口小、操作简便易掌握，安全、恢复快、费用低、疗效佳等的优点，值得基层推广。 　　【关键词】 腹腔镜； 小切口； 胃间质瘤； 胃切除术 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.22.009 文章编号 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）22-0019-03 　　Clinical Application of 46 Cases Undergoing Laparoscopic-assisted Small Incision Resection of Gastric Stromal tumors/XU Hai，YANG Kang，LUO De-fu.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（22）：19-21 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical application value of laparoscopic-assisted small incision resection of gastric stromal tumors.Method：The clinical data of 46 patients who had undergone laparoscopic-assisted small incision resection of gastric stromal tumors between June 2009 and May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.All of the patients were followed up for 6-36 months with a median of 21 months. Result：All the patients recovered well with no recurrence based on current follow up.The mean operation time was 75 minutes （50～110 minutes），the mean intraoperative bleeding was 35 ml（20～50 ml），the mean postoperative hospital stay was 5.7 days（5～7 days）.No case of postoperative bleeding，gastric perforation relapse were found.Conclusion：Laparoscopic-assisted small incision resection of gastric stromal tumors has a small incision，simple operation， easy to master， safe， quick recovery，low cost，good curative effect and other advantages，is worth popularizing in the primary hospitals. 　　【Key words】 Laparoscopy； Small incision； Gastric stromal tumor； Gastrectomy 　　First-author’s address： Dujiangyan Municipal People’s Hospital， Dujiangyan 611830，China 　　胃?g质瘤（Gastric stromal tumor，GST）是胃间质细胞起源的一种少见肿瘤，不足胃肿瘤的1%，20%～30%为恶性。就GST而言，目前缺乏有效的全身保守治疗方法，而对于局限性可切除GST病例，全层胃部分切除则是目前最好的治疗手段。现回顾笔者所在医院2009年6月-2016年5月46例腹腔镜辅助中上腹小切口胃间质瘤切除术患者的临床资料，现分析报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1
