精品论文 参考文献 重症急性胰腺炎中西医结合治疗的临床护理 湖南省郴州市第一人民医院中心医院 湖南郴州 423000 【摘 要】目的 探析中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床护理方法。方法 我院肝胆外科2013年9--2015年9月收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者78例为研究对象，按照入院先后顺序分为两组，其中给予对照组常规治疗和护理，而观察组则运用中西医结合治疗和针对性护理，对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的平均住院时间为（20．4plusmn;6．6）d，而对照组的平均住院时间为（29．7plusmn;10．3）d，组间对比差异有统计学意义（Plt;0．05），观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，并且与对照组相比，观察组的死亡病例少，组间对比差异有统计学意义（Plt;O．05）。结论 临床上运用中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎时，再给予针对性护理，不仅可以缩短住院时间、增强护理满意度，还能降低并发症发生率，改善患者预后。 【关键词】中西医结合；重症急性胰腺炎；临床护理 [Abstract]Objective：To explore the clinical nursing methods of severe acute pancreatitis treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods in our hospital gastroenterology 2013 9--2015 hospital in September in patients with severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）78 cases as the research object，according to the sequence of admission were divided into two groups，which were given to control group received routine treatment and nursing，while the observation group is the use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combination therapy and targeted nursing，comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results in the observation group，the average hospital stay was（20.4 + 6.6 d），while the control group，the average hospitalization time（29.7 + 10.3）d，comparing the differences between the two groups has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05），the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，and compared with the control group and fewer cases of death in the observation group，the differences between the two groups has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion the clinical on combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis（SAP），then given targeted nursing can not only shorten the hospitalization time，improve the degree of satisfaction of the nursing，but also reduce the incidence of complications，improve the prognosis of the patients.
