精品论文 参考文献 重性精神病个案管理与社会工作合作的体会 1.广东省佛山市顺德区北滘社区卫生服务中心； 2.南方医科大学公共卫生与热带医学学院营养与食品卫生学系； 3.佛山市顺德区勒流太和社会工作服务中心 摘要：目的 探讨社会工作介入重性精神病患者社区康复中的方法和效果和存在问题 方法 引入社会工作对生活在社区的重性精神病患者进行个案监管。使用个人与社会表现量表（PSP)、社会功能缺陷筛查量表（SDSS)对社会支持量表（SSRS)对患者的情况在入组时和以后的每9月进行一次评定。社会工作者采取不同于医生的工作方式，针对评估问题，重点帮助精神疾病患者心理和社会方面的康复。结果 患者通过18个月的社会工作介入个案管理后个人与社会表现量表PSP评分逐渐升高；社会支持量表（SSRS)评分逐渐升高；社会功能缺陷筛查量表（SDSS)评分逐渐降低。评分比较有统计学差异（Plt;0.05）。个人与社会表现量表PSP、社会支持量表（SSRS)、社会功能缺陷筛查量表（SDSS)在精神病人康复中具有评介和指导意义，非常实用。精神病人康复的长期性与社会工作者相对不足、政府购买服务未确定存在一定的矛盾。结论 社会工作介入重性精神病个案管理效果显著。政府应该加大投入购买精神病人的社工服务。 关键词：精神病人；个案管理；社会工作 [Abstract] Objective to explore the method and effect of social work involved in the rehabilitation of patients with severe mental illness and to introduce social work to the patients with severe mental illness in the community.Method A social support scale was used to evaluate the social support scale（SSRS) in patients with social support scale（PSP)，and the social function defect screening scale（SDSS) was used to evaluate the social support scale.Social workers take a different approach to the doctors work，to assess the problem，focusing on helping patients with mental illness mental and social aspects of rehabilitation.Results after 18 months of social work intervention，individual and social performance of individual and social performance of the PSP score was gradually increased，social support rating scale（SSRS) score was gradually increased；social function defect screening scale（SDSS) score decreased gradually.The scores were statistically different（Plt;0.05).The amount of personal and social performance table PSP，social support scale（SSRs)，social disability screening volume table（SDSS) in schizophrenia patients with review and guidance，very practical.The long-term and social workers in the rehabilitation of mental patients are relatively insufficient，the government purchase service has not determined the existence of certain contradictions.Conclusion the social work intervention of mental disease case manage
