精品论文 参考文献 脑外伤后高压氧治疗对其认知功能障碍的影响 四川省巴中市中心医院神经外科 （四川 巴中 636000） 　　摘要:目的 脑外伤患者给予高压氧治疗后，对患者的认知功能障碍进行研究和探讨，并对其产生的影响进行讨论。方法 对在2015年3月-2016年3月我院进行治疗的脑外伤60例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对高压氧治疗后患者的认知功能进行探讨，将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，两组患者各60例，其中对观察组的30例患者采用高压氧进行治疗，对照组的30例患者采取常规的治疗手段，并对两组患者的认知功能的恢复情况进行观察。结果 两组患者进行治疗后，观察组的30例患者的认知功能得到明显的改善，效果显著高于对照组的30例患者。两组患者的临床治疗效果具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对脑外伤患者进行高压氧治疗后，患者的认知功能有了明显的改善，治疗效果好，后遗症少，因此高压氧治疗脑外伤患者具有很高的临床价值，值得推广。 　　Abstract: objective: to give after hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with traumatic brain injury, for patients with cognitive dysfunction were studied and discussed, and its impact are discussed. Methods: in our hospital for treatment of the clinical data of 60 cases with traumatic brain injury were retrospectively analyzed, discusses the cognitive function in patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of patients, 60 cases of the observation group of 30 cases were treated by hyperbaric oxygen treatment, the control group of 30 patients were treated with conventional method, and on the recovery of cognitive function of two groups of patients were observed. Results: two groups of patients after treatment, the observation group of 30 cases of patients with cognitive function is improved, the effect is significantly higher than the control group of 30 cases of patients. Two groups of patients with the clinical treatment effect of statistically significant (P lt; 0.05).
