精品论文 参考文献 脑外伤康复的临床治疗效果观察 李高威 (商丘市第一人民医院康复医学科 河南商丘 476100) 　　摘要:目的：探讨针对脑外伤患者，对其完成康复治疗后获得的临床效果。方法：选取我院2011年10月—2013年10月脑外伤患者40例，所有患者都处于康复期。通过随机数表法将所有患者平均分成A1组（早期康复组 20例）与A2组（晚期康复组 20例）。对A1组、A2组患者实施康复治疗，对比实施康复治疗前后A1组、A2组患者GCS评分等情况。结果：对患者完成康复治疗后，在每项评分方面，与康复治疗实施前进行比较发现，均存在明显差异（Plt;0.05）。A1组患者每项评分情况均高于A2组（Plt;0.05）。结论：对患者实施康复治疗，能够成功将患者的诸多功能进行改善，将GCS评分有效提高，并且在早期对患者实施康复治疗，更能够发挥显著的治疗效果。 　　关键词:脑外伤；康复治疗；效果观察 　　To observe the clinical effect of treatment of traumatic brain injury rehabilitation 　　Li Gaowei 　　(Department of rehabilitation medicine of Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital and Henan Shangqiu 476100) 　　Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of patients with traumatic brain injury, to obtainthe complete rehabilitation. Methods: in our hospital from 2011 October to 2013 October 40 cases of patients with traumatic brain injury, all the patients in rehabilitation period. By random number table method all the patients were divided into group A1 (20 cases with early rehabilitation group(A2 group) and late rehabilitation group of 20 cases). The implementation of rehabilitation treatment on the A1 group, A2 group, A1 group, A2 group, GCS score of patients with rehabilitation therapybefore and after the implementation of contrast. Results: the patients to complete the rehabilitation treatment, in the aspects of each item score, and rehabilitation treatment prior to the implementation of comparison, there are significant differences (Pamp;lt; 0.05). Patients in group A1each item scores were higher than A2 group (Pamp;lt; 0.05).
