精品论文 参考文献 脊柱骨折手术后下肢深静脉血栓的有效预防与临床护理 湖南省江华县人民医院 湖南永州 425500 【摘 要】目的：观察在脊柱骨折手术后，开展预防性护理工作，对预防患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法：选自2013年11月到2014年10月，在我院实施脊柱骨折手术的患者作为观察组，共收集55例。选自2012年11月到2013年10月，在我院实施脊柱骨折手术的患者作为对照组，共收集55例。给所有脊柱骨折的患者，都实施常规护理，观察组再联合预防性护理干预措施，观察两组脊柱骨折患者的临床病情症状和生命体征，患者彩色多普勒超声检查的结果，统计患者发生下肢深静脉血栓的概率。结果：观察组脊柱骨折患者发生下肢深静脉血栓的概率为7.27%，低于对照组发生下肢深静脉血栓的概率29.10%。两组脊柱骨折的患者之间，对比不同方式的护理效果有明显差异，统计学具有意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针对实施脊柱骨折手术的患者，采取预防性护理干预措施，能够对治疗起到有效的辅助作用，降低术后患者形成下肢深静脉血栓的概率，从而达到帮助患者早日康复的目的。 【关键词】脊柱骨折手术；下肢深静脉血栓；预防；护理 Abstract：Objective：To observe the preventive nursing work after the spine fracture surgery，and to prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods：from November 2013 to October 2014，the patients in our hospital were selected as the observation group，and 55 cases were collected.From November 2012 to October 2013，patients with spinal fractures in our hospital as a control group，a total of 55 cases.All patients with vertebral fractures were treated with routine nursing，observation group and preventive nursing intervention measures，the clinical symptoms and vital signs were observed in two groups of patients with spinal fractures，patients with color Doppler ultrasound examination results，the probability of patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Results：the probability of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was 7.27%，which was lower than that in the control group with a probability of 29.10%.In the two groups of patients with vertebral fractures，the difference between the nursing effect of different methods was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：in order to implement the operation of patients with spinal fractures，preventive nursing intervention measures can be effective in the treatment of patients，reduce the incidence of postoperative patients with deep venous thrombosis，so as to achieve the purpose of helping patients recover soon.
