产后非意愿妊娠研究进展 杨弋 黄燕 荆文娟 四川大学华西第二医院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 概述产后避孕现状、产后非意愿妊娠现状、产后非意愿妊娠的伤害及影响因素。指出我国产妇产后避孕状况不容乐观, 非意愿妊娠发生率较高, 产后非意愿妊娠受诸多因素的影响, 如区域、年龄、文化程度、避孕知识的知晓程度、同伴/丈夫的意见、个人及家庭的价值观、家中现有小孩数目等。产后非意愿妊娠不仅给母婴带来危害, 更给家庭、社会经济发展等造成影响。因此, 产后避孕措施的落实不仅影响总人口生育水平, 也直接影响哺乳期妇女的生殖健康水平, 因而根据产后非意愿妊娠的影响因素对产后妇女进行有效的干预是今后的重点工作内容, 医务工作者应采取多种措施加强对产后避孕的宣教, 提高产妇避孕相关知识及产后的避孕率, 避免产后非意愿妊娠的发生, 降低人工终止妊娠的发生率, 从而提高产后妇女生活质量, 保障母婴健康。 关键词： 非意愿妊娠; 产后; 避孕; 产妇; 作者简介：杨弋, 主管护师, 硕士研究生, 单位:610041, 四川大学华西第二医院; 作者简介：黄燕 (通讯作者) 单位:610041, 四川大学华西第二医院。 作者简介：荆文娟 单位:610041, 四川大学华西第二医院。 收稿日期：2017-06-06 基金：成都市科技局支撑课题, 编号:2015-HM01-00009-SF Research progress on postpartum unintended pregnancy Yang Yi Huang Yan Jing Wenjuan West China Second University Hospital; Abstract： It summarized the status quo of postpartum contraception, the status quo of postpartum unintended pregnancy, postpartum unintended pregnancy injury and its influencing factors.It pointed out that our countrys postpartum contraception status was not optimistic, the incidence of unintended pregnancy was higher.Postpartum unintended pregnancy was influenced by a number of factors such as area, age, educational level, awareness of contraceptive knowledge, peer/husbands opinion, personal and family values, number of children present in the home.Postpartum unintended pregnancy not only harm to mothers and infants, but also to the family, social and economic development and so on.Therefore, the implementation of postpartum contraception not only affected the general population fertility level, but also directly affected the reproductive health level of lactating women.Therefore, according to the influencing factors of postpartum unintended pregnancy, postpartum women effective intervention is the focus of the future work.Medical workers should take various measures to strengthen the post-partum contraception mission education, improve maternal contraceptive knowledge and postpartum contracept
