精品论文 参考文献 770株临床标本病原菌分布与耐药分析 彭建宏 谭志霞 　　长沙市精神病医院 长沙 410000 　　摘要：目的 了解我院细菌种类、分布及耐药性，为合理选用抗菌药物提供理论依据，指导临床早期抗生素经验性应用。方法 对2013年8月至2014年8月期间我院住院病人（主要为老年病人）的细菌培养和药敏试验结果进行回顾性分析。结果 从符合条件的2829份培病养标本中共分离出770株阳性菌株，阳性检出率为27.21%，其中检出率排前五位的分别是铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌；耐药性分析显示：革兰阴性杆菌对临床常用抗生素的耐药率最低的为美罗培南，耐药率较高的为氨苄西林、头孢唑啉等，而革兰阳性球菌对青霉素耐药率最高，对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、多西环素等敏感性很高。结论 我院培养标本主要来自老年科病人，老年病人机体免疫力低下，容易罹患各种感染性疾病，又因细菌培养过程耗时长，致使临床不能正确及时使用抗生素。本研究统计了我院2013年至2014年的所有细菌培养标本，真实的反应了我院细菌分布与耐药性情况，可以指导临床预防和治疗用药。 　　关键词：医院感染；老年病人；细菌分布；耐药性 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of bacterial species in our hospital，to provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of antimicrobial drugs，to guide the clinical early empiric antibiotic application. Methods During the period from 2013 August to 2014 August，the patientsrsquo; bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test results were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital（the main is the elderly）. Resules Strains were isolated 770 strains from 2829 a meet the conditions of the culture，the positive rate was 27.21%，the detection rate of the top five were Pseudomonas aeruginosa，Klebsiella pneumoniae，Bauman Acinetobacter，Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli；drug resistance analysis showed：gram negative bacterial resistance to antibiotics was the lowest for meropenem，higher prevalence of resistance to ampicillin，cefazolin，while gram positive cocci resistant to penicillin was the highest，very high vancomycin，linezolid，doxycycline sensitive. Conclusion Our hospital culture were mainly from the geriatric patients，aged patient is low immunity，easy to suffer from various infectious diseases.Because of the process of bacterial culture taking too long，the clinical can correct use of antibiotics in a timely manner.This study statistics all the specimens of bacterical culture in our hospital from 2013 to 2014，which is the true rection of the bacteria distribution and drug resistance，can guide the prevention and t
