This thesis bases on the status and characteristic of the vehicle traveling data recorder, brings forward a Bluetooth wireless technology vehicle traveling data recorder. Use the Bluetooth technology for the record transmission, it becomes simply and convenient, improves security and reliability. The system includes a Vehicle Traveling Data Recorder, a Bluetooth Data- Collecting Device and a computer installing Data-Analysis Software.
