定做好准备工作。 关键词:茶树,荧光定量PCR ,反义表达载体,RNAi表达双链,茶树花粉光通道法 II Abstract Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (qPCR)and RNA interfering (RNAi) , generated in 1990s,are burgeoning technologies in the field of molecular biology. qPCR is a leap for biological gene expression from qualitative to quantitative. RNAi technology is used for the study of gene function, and it can inhibit gene expression efficiently. They would play more and more important roles in biotechnology area in the future. Tea plant is a kind of important cash crop in China, of which the main utilization value was focused on leaves, so there were more researches about quality improvement and increase of the crop. While the studies for tea flowers were relatively few, of course it ’s even more precise about study of inhibiting the reproductive growth to re-promote the economic yield of tea plants on gene level. This experiment is to study the related genes for flower development in tea, and it will do some basic reseach for this blank area. 1. Flower buds of four varieties,i.e. Camellia sinensis cv. “Pingyangtezao”, “ Wuniuzao”, “Shuchazao”, “Longjing 43”, were taken as materials in this experiment, and each species of bud was classified as the early, middle and late stages according to sizes. The CsPSP1 gene expression during different periods of buds was determined by qPCR, the gene expression of the early bud was taken as reference. The results showed that the expression of CsPSP1 gene in middle period buds of Camellia sinensis cv. “Pingyangtezao”, “Wuniuzao”,
