企业是创新的主体，生产工艺流程的创新已经成为制造企业技术创新的主要方式
和竞争优势之一。在生产工艺流程创新的过程中，除了企业自身的技术力量和创新理念之外，
以工业设计院为代表的科技型服务企业逐渐走上前台，成为生产工艺流程设计和创新的关键
因素，并且显得尤为重要。目前针对科技服务业直接参与生产工艺流程创新的研究并不多见。
本文运用有关交互式理论、嵌入理论以及科技型服务企业理论，以内蒙古轻化工业设计院为
例，剖析了科技服务企业直接参与生产工艺流程创新的机制和方式。

Abstrac: Firms are the crucial part of innovation. Among the core advantage of competition is the
innovation of industrial design process for manufacture firms. The scientific service firms have
gradually become the crucial elements in the design of industrial process and innovation,
represented by the Institutes of Industrial Design. The studies research into the innovation of
scientific service firms engaged in the innovation of production design process are rare. This
paperexplored the mechanism and method of scientific service directly engaged into manufacture
design process taking Inner Mongolia Light Industry Design Institute as a case study, using the
interactive theory, the theory of embeddedness and the theory of scientific service.
