Methods L arvae of A e. albop ictus were collected in five citie located in t he ea t, outh, we t, north and middle of Guangdong pr ovince, and w er e br ed for 1 to 2 generation in the lab, then te ted with WHO tandard bioa ay to calculate L C50 and r e i tance index . Results A e. albop ictus had low re i tance to deltamethr in and cypermethrin, t he re i tant index wa 3. 10-4. 20 again t deltamethrin, and 2. 23-2. 91 ag ain t cyper methrin. A e. albop ictus wa en itivity to malathion, and the index i 1. 05- 1. 91. A e. albop ictus from ome citie al o had dev eloped r e i tance to other in ect icide in different level . Conclusion Re i tance hould be monitored regularly.
