试论国防教育对中职学生素质教育的作用 专业：国防教育与管理 学号：9001510069 姓名：肖樱凤 指导教师：张双庆 摘 要 当前我国职业教育因得到国家的大力支持，有了突飞猛进的发展 ，中等职业教育同样也得到迅猛发展。但是随着中等职业教育的发展，中职学生也总量也越来越多，随之而来的是由于人数的不断增加，中职学生特点更加多样和复杂，学生素质参差不齐，导致出现了中职学生管理难的问题。当代中职学生的价值取向、思想道德水平、思维方式、生活态度等发生了很大变化；他们个性张扬, 思维活跃，有强烈的独立意识却又没有很强的自控力，心理处于多变不稳定的状态；他们容易受到外界和他人的不良影响，没有良好的是非判断能力，所以突发事件、恶性事件、违纪违法事件等不良事件时有发生，使得校园环境的恶化和教学秩序的混乱,导致校园风气败坏，教学质量下降，学校名誉受损，出现大量留生。现阶段，我国有部分中职学校对中职学生进行准军事化管理和国防教育，经过实践的检验与证明，发现对中职学生进行国防教育和实施准军事化管理有效地提高了中职学生各方面的素质水平，从而有效地预防和减少了以上不良事件的发生。这表明我国中学生国防教育对于中职学生素质教育具有不可忽视的作用。 关键字：中职学生 国防教育 素质教育 Role of National Defense Education for vocational students education Abstract Vocational education in our country due to the strong support of the state , with the rapid development of secondary vocational education also been developing rapidly. But with the development of secondary vocational education , vocational students are more and more of the total , followed by due to the continuous increase in the number of middle school students features more varied and complex , uneven quality of students,resulting in the vocational students manage difficult problem . Contemporary vocational students values, ideological and moral standards , ways of thinking , living attitude changed a lot ; their flamboyant , active and have a strong sense of independence but do not have a strong self-control , psychology is not changeable steady state ; them vulnerable to adverse external influences and others, without good judgment of right and wrong , so when unexpected events occur , serious incidents , discipline violations and other adverse events , making the teaching order of the chaos and the deterioration of the campus environment , campus atmosphere cause corruption , decline in the quality of teaching , the school into disrepute , leaving a large number of students .
