Combined with the development practice of the county medical consumption linkage in China, this research briefly reviews the development process of the county medical community in China, acceding to multi-source Flow Model, and analyzes the dynamic mechanism of county medical consumption linkage construction. The research shows that the problem stream, policy stream, and political stream are the internal power, external power, and key power to promote the development of the county medical consumption linkage respectively.
