DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES 1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES 1.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide at his sole cost and expense all supervision, labour, equipment and materials required for performance of the Services in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Contract. The Services shall generally consist of the provision of Aerated Mud Services for Drilling Operations for ADCO’s Wells, as and when requested by ADCO as more fully described and hereinafter. 1.2 The Services shall be requested on call-out basis. 2. SERVICES FOR CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT 2.1 Messing Accommodation ADCO shall provide or arrange at its cost and expense messing and accommodation (bachelor status) at its Rig Locations, for each person providing Services under this Contract. Such messing and accommodation provided by ADCO shall, as far as possible, be to a standard similar to that provided for ADCOs own staff of similar status. Transportation of Equipment and Personnel ADCO shall provide at its sole cost the transportation of the package and personnel from the CONTRACTOR’s base in Abu Dhabi to ADCO’s location. CONTRACTOR (as alternative option) responsible for transporting his equipment / personnel from the contractor’s base in Abu Dhabi to ADCO’s location when required at his sole cost and he should meet ADCO’s HSE policy for desert driving and he should meet government requirement for transportation in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. CONTRACTOR is fully responsible for loading/offloading of his equipment at his base and/or at ADCO’s location at all times. CONTRACTOR must ensure his equipment are suitable for lifting and slinging as per ADCO’s HSE policies and must follow color coding guidelines. CONTRACTOR must ensure that his equipment is suitable for desert transportation. 2.3 ADCO shall provide the required diesel for operating the equipment associated to this service. 3.
