论企业文化与行政管理关系 　　摘要：企业文化是企业在长期的发展过程中形成的，并沉淀在企业员工心目中的一种价值理念。优秀的企业文化包含着深厚的文化底蕴，是企业的核心竞争力所在。从20世纪80年代开始，企业管理进入了文化管理阶段，越来越多的企业管理者学习企业文化理论，并把企业文化建设提上了管理工作的日程。企业文化作为一条联接企业和员工的无形纽带，在企业的发展过程日益发挥着不可低估的作用。 　　行政管理需要在一定的企业文化基础上进行，并且服从于企业文化这个软环境，使得行政管理更加有效率。如何根据特定的行政管理策略形成具有竞争力的企业文化，如何有效发挥企业的文化竞争优势，已经成为当前管理学界研究的重要课题。 　　本文从三个方面分析了企业文化与行政管理的关系，试图以此为我国企业的文化建设与行政管理的发展提供有效的借鉴和参考。 　　关键词： 企业文化，行政管理，关系 　　Abstract: the enterprise culture is the enterprise in the long-term development in the process of developing, and precipitation in the mind of the enterprise staff a value idea.
