者提供了新的途径;MMP-3与椎间盘退变密切相关，为临床腰椎间盘突出不同分型提供了生化基础;MMP-3对腰椎间盘突出症中疼痛发病机制有重要作用，MMP-3抑制剂的研究在临床治疗上具有一定价值。关键词:腰椎间盘突出症;基质金属蛋白酶;疼痛;退变TheexpressionofMMP-3inthenucleuspulposusofLDHpatientsandtherelevanceofpainABSTRACTObjective:TothisissuethroughthedetectionoflumbardischerniationinpatientswithlesionsinthenucleuscontainingtheexpressionofMMP-3,andaccordingtotheirexpressionofstrongorweak,lowbackpainanddeterminewhetheracertainrelevance.Methods:30casesofthehistory,clinicalperformanceandauxiliaryexaminationidentifiedasconsistentwiththissubjectintothestandardlumbardischerniation(Lumbardischerniation,LDH)patients,ofwhichuplifttype,thebreakdownofeachtypeoffreeand10casesandacontrolgroup(noButBankofspinaldischerniationsurgerypatients)in10cases,amongallgroupsinage,genderandotheraspectsofthecourseandnosignificantdifference(P0.01).Eachgroupwillnucleuspulposusconventionalembeddedinparaffintreatment,useofimmunohistochemis-tryanti-biologicalprotein-biotin-peroxidasecomplexmethodtoobservethenucleusintheexpressionofMMP-3.Underthemicroscopeinthe10×40weretakenundermagnification10vision,countingslicesfromthepositivecells,thenOswestrydysfunctionscorestandards(ODI)LDH30casesofpatientswithpreoperativepainscore.PEMS3.1useofstatisticalsoftwareprocessing,usingboththenumberofsamplest-testcomparison.Results:GrouplumbardiscdegenerationintheMMP-3(11.06±5.41)thannon-discprominentgroup(0.1±0.31),averysignificantdifference(P0.01).discdegenerationinthegroup:ruptured(12.1±3.93)andfree(15.7±3.56)thantheMMP-3typeuplift(5.4±2.32)have,asignificantdifference(P0.05);ruptured(12.1±3.93)andfree(15.7±3.56),MMP-3,thedifferencewasnotsignificant(P0.01).AccordingtopreoperativeODIscore,theupliftofSectionindexscore(18.9±4.20)andrupturedgroup(34.1±5.32)andfree-group(38.3±6.34),asignificantstatisticalsignificance(P0.01);rupturedgroupscoreIndex(34.1±5.32)andfree(38.3±6.34)contrast,nostatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Conclusion:LDHnucleusofMMP-3inthepositivethanthecontrolgroup,andthehigherthelevelofdegeneration,MMP-3expressionofthestrong
