摘要健美操已逐渐成为极受大众欢迎的集健身、健美于一体的一项体育运动。 随着社会、经济、文化的发展，《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》也在不断创新与变 革，以适应不同时代人群的健身、健美需求，然而不同的标准存在一定程度的 差别。为此，理清国家在不同时期颁布的《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》的异同， 从学理上丰富对不同《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》的比较研究，就具有一定的 学术价值。本研究以国家在不同时期颁布的《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》为研究对象， 综合采用文献资料法、录像分析法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等，对三套《全 国健美操大众锻炼标准》的内容设计、动作编排、音乐编排等进行了详实的比 较分析，并预测了健美操未来的发展趋势，提出了有价值的建议，为《全国健 美操大众锻炼标准》的进一步创编和可持续发展提供了理论依据。通过研究，本文得出以下结论： 1、第一套《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》成套动作除六级偏“竞技化”，其余各级动作难度较低，适合各年龄层次的人群学习；但是，存在音乐节奏无规 律、动作结构不合理等不足。2 、第二套《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》有氧操在前力量练习在后的动作 结构更加科学，音乐融入较多特色元素；但是，一级动作路线变化多，不利于 初学者练习。3、第三套《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》各级的动作编排重“操”的特点偏 “舞”的风格，艺术性增强；但是，除一级相对简单，适合老年人锻炼之外， 其他各级动作难度偏大，更加适合年轻人。4、通过对三套《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》的对比分析发现，第二、三套 的成套动作编排更加合理，音乐节奏规律，音乐风格更加多样化；第三套锻炼 内容则更加丰富，强化重健身淡竞技的锻炼目标。关键字：《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》；成套动作；比较ABSTRACTAerobics , as a kind of sport event, has become very popular ，which integrates fitness and body beautification . Along with the social, economic and cultural development, the mass training standards of aerobics , in order to adapt to different needs of different age and health as well as fitness ,is also in constant innovation and change, but a certain degree of difference exists among different standards . Therefore, clearing the similarities and differences of the mass training standards issued in different periods in China, enriching the comparative study of mass training standards from the perspective of academic theory, have certain academic value.Based on the research objects of mass training standards in different periods, this study , comprehensively uses the literature material method, video analysis and expert interview as well as mathematical statistics method, makes a detailed comparative analysis of content design, action and music arrangement of three mass training standards, and forecasts the future development trend of aerobics, moreover, it puts forward some valuable suggestion, which provides a theoretical basis for future standard creating and sustainable develop of aerobics.Through the research, the following conclusions are dr
