摘要摘摘摘要要要随着信息技术的飞速发展和市场的开放以及用户对多种业务需求的与时俱进，我国迎来了三网融合信息业发展的大趋势。在新形势下，我国广播电视网络(简称广电网络)在不断的改造建设。经过更新整合，广电网络己经由分散经营改制为集中管理，用户数成倍的增加。这就必然会增加广播电视网络资源管理的难度，迫切的需要建立广电网络资源管理系统。本文根据现阶段我国广电网络的发展趋向，通过对我国三网融合下广电网络资源管理的现状与前景分析以及三网融合下建立广电网络资源管理系统的必要性，提出我国广电网络资源管理系统的建设流程以及运用的技术支持，并结合我国广电的特点进行了一些探讨，并结合徐州地区的相关情况进行了分析，能够更好的研究我国广电网络今后的发展方向，并对广电网络资源管理系统的未来进行了展望，同时也提出了系统的局限性和全面发展的建议。在三网融合的大趋势下，我国广电网络将如何发展，如何应用广电资源管理系统来支撑广电网络改造建设，打破传统的资源管理模式，使广电在运营商之间的竞争中能占据优势，我将结合工作经验，通过本文进行深入的研究并提出建设适合徐州地区的广电资源管理系统的构想。关键词三网融合资源管理数据库营销策略共享服务AbstractAbstractWithrapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnologyandopeningmarketaswellastherequirementsofuserstothealternativeuses，ourcountryisusheredinthegreattrendofdevelopmentoftheinformationindustry-Tri-networksintegration.nthenewtrend，broadcastandtelevisionnetworkinourcountry(referredtoasbroadcastandtelevisionnetwork)keepsinrenovatinganddeveloping.Afterupdatingandintegration，ithaschangedfromdecentralizedmanagementtocentralizedmanagementandthenumberofusersincreaseexponentially.Consequentlythiswillincreasethedifficultyofresourcemanagementofbroadcastandtelevisionnetworkandmakestheestablishmentofresourcemanagementsystemurgentandnecessary.Basedonthedevelopingtrendofbroadcastandtelevisionnetworkinourcountryatthepresentstage，byanalyzingthecurrentsituationandprospectofresourcemanagementsystemofbroadcastandtelevisionnetworkwithTri-networksintegrationandthealsonecessityofestablishment.Thistextproposestheconstructionprocessandtechnicalsupportforresourcemanagementsystemofbroadcasttelevisionnetwork.talsohassomediscussionsandanalysisaccordingtothecharacteristicsofbroadcasttelevisionnetworkinourcountryandsomeanalysisaccordingtotherelatedsituationofXuzhouereas，whichhelpstobetterresearchonitsdevelopingdirection.tmakesaprospectoftheresourcemanagementsystemofbroadcasttelevisionnetworkinthefuture，andproposesthelimitationofthesystemall-rounddevelopment.UnderthetrendofTri-networksntegration，howtodevelopbroadcasttelevisionnetworkinourcountry，howtouseitsresourcemanagementsystemtosupportitsren
