DELINQUENCYCONTROLRESEARCHINCONSTRUCTIONEQUIPMENTFINANCIALLEASINGONASDCOMPANYABSTRACTInChina,leasingcompanyhasbeenappearedfromthe80s.Fromyear of2007inChina,theindustryoffinancialleasinghasobtainedafastand greatdevelopment.Inrecentyears,itgottheaveragecompoundgrowthrate ofabove40%,themarketcapacityofabove1.5trillion.Construction machineryindustryasatoolofthelargeinfrastructure,thedevelopmentof thewholeindustryisstronglyaffected bytheeconomyasawhole.InChina a newroundofeconomicpolicystimuluswhichwaslaunchedin2008madea greatimpetustothedevelopmentoftheconstructionmachineryindustry. Fromthebeginningof2009,constructionmachineryobtainedaconsiderable developmentbymeansofdevelopingcreditsalesmodelthroughfinancial leasing,andfurthermore,in2010and2011,constructionmachineryfinancial leasingaccountedforhalfof the creditsalesinthisindustry.BasedonthebusinessdatafromthebusinessofASDCompany constructionmachineryfinanciallease,datashowsthatsince2012,there wereplentyofoverduebusinesspayments.Untilthefirsthalfof2013,the rapiddeteriorationofdefaultssituationinthewholeconstructionmachinery industrycreditsalesgreatlyincreasedthecontingentliabilityriskof constructionmachinerymanufacturers,andalsoaffectedthesurvivalofthe businessmodelinthisindustry.Inthispaper,theanalysiswasbasedon aboveconsiderations,fromtheASDcompany’sbusinessmodelandall businessparticipatorsandviewofmicroeconomicandmacroeconomic perspective,toanalysethe reasonsofdelinquency.Accordingtotheresult ofanalysis,giveouttheimprovementsuggestionunderactualmarket situation,mendthecontractconditions,upgradethebusinesscompetitiveness, andenhancetheexecutiveabilityofbusinesspolicy.Finallydependonmy experienceinthisindustry,Igiveouttheunfavourablepredictionon constructionequipmentfinancialleasingdevelopmentinchina.KEYWORDS:constructionequipment，financialleasing，delinquency，credit risk目录第1章绪论...........................................................................................................................................11.1
