摘 要：云计算由于其数据处理的迅速性和安全性等优势，在教育信息化的发展过程中引起了极大关注，当前
正成为高职院校教育信息化未来发展的重要方向。 目前，云计算在我国高职院校信息化发展的过程
中，还存在技术和管理等方面的诸多问题。通过问卷调查和案例研究，分析问题产生的原因，并在思
想转化、管理制度建设和资源整合等方面，提出具体的可实施策略，从而推动云计算技术应用和高职
教育信息化建设的共同发展。

The Discussion about Cloud Computing Application Strategies in

Abstract: Because of its rapid data processing and security, cloud computing attracted great attention in the development
process of education informatization, and has become the important direction of the future development. At present in the
process of informatization in Chinese higher vocational colleges, there exist many problems in aspects of technology and
management in cloud computing. Through questionnaire survey and case study, it analyses the reasons of the problems, and
puts forward the concrete implementation strategies in the idea transformation, the construction of management system, resource
