精品论文 参考文献 重度UC患者药物拯救临床分析 丹阳市人民医院（212300） 【摘要】目的 探讨药物治疗对重度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的疗效。方法 选取2010年1月至2014年7月在我院治疗的重度溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者70例，观察患者临床表现以及治疗后症状改善情况。结果 70例患者中，疗效为显效共计29例，有效33例，总有效率为88.57%；初发型和慢性复发型治疗有效率分别为87.18%和90.32%，差异无统计学意义（p＞0.05）；70例患者治疗1周后 Southerland评分为（4.28plusmn;0.82）分，明显较入院时的（11.76plusmn;0.76）分改善，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；治疗2周后Southerland评分持续改善，为（1.34plusmn;0.54）分，明显低于治疗1周后 Southerland评分，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；本次治疗仅有4例患者出现不良反应，不良反应率为5.71%。结论 正确系统性药物治疗重度溃疡性结肠炎疗效较好，在治疗过程中应根据患者对治疗反应以及药物耐受情况随时调整治疗方案。 【关键词】溃疡性结肠炎；重度；临床分析 Clinical analysis of severe UC patients drug rescue [Abstract]Objective: To investigate drug treatment for severe ulcerative colitis (UC) patients curative effect.Methods: From 2010 January to 2014 July in our hospital to treated 70 cases severe ulcerative colitis (UC) patients, to observe patients the clinical manifestations and the symptoms improvement after treatment. Results: In 70 patients, 29 cases therapeutic effect for the markedly effective, effective in 33 cases, the total effective rate was 88.57%; Early onset type and chronic relapsing type treatment efficiency were 87.18% and 90.32%, the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); In 70 patients after 1 weeks of treatment, Southerland score of (4.28plusmn;0.82) points, significantly lower than at the time of admission (11.76plusmn;0.76) points, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); After 2 weeks of treatment, Southerland scores continued to improve, as (1.34plusmn;0.54), significantly lower than the 1 weeks after the treatment the Southerland score, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); The treatment only 4 patients with adverse reactions, adverse reaction rate was 5.71%.Conclusion: The right system drug treatment of severe ulcerative colitis curative effect is better,in the course of treatment should be based on the patient response to therapy and drug resistance at any time to adjust the treatment program.
