Methods Choose 82 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were admitted in our hospital in recent years, with the X-ray diagnosis and CT in the diagnosis of two kinds of ways, with surgery diagnosis as the gold standard, compared to two kinds of diagnostic methods on the accuracy of difference. Results X-ray diagnostic accuracy was 73.17%, the CT diagnostic accuracy was 91.46%, the accuracy compared to significant difference (P lt; 0.05). On fracture classification diagnosis contrast, in pure compression fractures and dislocation type fracture diagnosis on diagnostic rate and no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), on the burst fracture and fracture belt type diagnosis diagnosis significant difference (P lt; 0.05).
