精品论文 参考文献 胸腰椎骨折行经伤椎椎弓根植骨置钉后路复位内固定术治疗的效果探究 湖南省湘潭市第一人民医院 411101 【摘 要】目的：研究胸腰椎骨折行经伤椎椎弓根植骨置钉后路复位内固定术治疗的效果。方法：以我院2014年3月—2016年7月胸腰椎骨折患者106例根据计算机随机法分两组，跨伤椎组采取常规跨伤椎后路复位手术；经伤椎组行经伤椎椎弓根植骨置钉后路复位内固定术治疗。就两组患者治疗前后伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角、疼痛水平和胸腰椎骨折治疗总有效率、术后并发症率进行比较。结果：经伤椎组胸腰椎骨折治疗总有效率明显高于跨伤椎组，术后并发症率明显低于跨伤椎组，P＜0.05。经伤椎组患者治疗后伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角、疼痛水平均明显优于跨伤椎组，P＜0.05。结论：胸腰椎骨折行经伤椎椎弓根植骨置钉后路复位内固定术治疗的效果确切，可有效改善伤椎情况，缓解疼痛，加速伤椎功能恢复，减少并发症的发生，值得推广。 【关键词】胸腰椎骨折；经伤椎椎弓根植骨置钉后路复位内固定术；治疗效果 【 abstract 】 objective：to study the thoracolumbar fractures through injury vertebral vertebral arch bone nailing grounding posterior reduction and internal fixation treatment effect.
