精品论文 参考文献 急诊手术室护患关系维护中King达标理论应用的价值评价 田利静 [摘 要]目的：探讨急诊手术室护患关系维护中King达标理论的应用价值。方法：从本院2013年5月~2014年5月收治的接受急诊手术的患者中随机选择100例进行研究，设为观察组，并从本院2012年8月~2013年8月收治的接受急诊手术的患者中随机选择100例设为对照组。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施King达标理论下的护理。评估两组的护患关系，并进行比较。结果：经调查和统计，观察组对护理工作的满意程度显著高于对照组，经比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的护患关系融洽程度显著高于对照组，经比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：急诊手术室护理工作中应用King达标理论可以维持良好的护患关系。 [关键词]急诊手术室 护患关系 King达标理论 应用 价值 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2015.9.37 作者单位：063000，河北唐山，河北省唐山工人医院 作者简介：田利静（1973—）， 女 ，本科 河北省唐山工人医院副主任护师。 The Evaluation of King Standard Theory Application in the Maintenance of Nurse-Patient Relationship in Emergency Operation Room Tian Lijing Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of King standard theory in the maintenance of nurse-patient relationship in the emergency operation room. Method 100 cases of patients received emergency operation in the authorrsquo;s hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected as the observation group. And 100 cases of patients received emergency operation in the authorrsquo;s hospital from August 2012 to August 2013 were selected as the control group. The control group received routine nursing care while the observation group received the nursing care under Kings standard theory. The nurse-patient relationship of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results Statistics in the research showed that the satisfaction toward nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference has statistical significance (Plt;0.05). The harmonious degree of nurse-patient relationship in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference has statistical significance (Plt;0.05). Conclusion A good relationship between nurse and patient can be maintained by the application of King standard theory in nursing the emergency operation room.
