精品论文 参考文献 Ⅰ期后囊膜环形撕囊切开术在后囊膜增殖钙化中的应用 张国全 宋俊玲 周彩雯（四川双流县第二人民医院眼科 四川双流 610213） 【中图分类号】R657.4 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2011）45-0166-02 【摘要】目的 探讨后囊膜增殖钙化白内障摘除术后对后囊膜处理的方法并观察其效果。方法 对29例31眼后囊膜增殖钙化型白内障患者在行白内障常规摘除术后于人工晶体植入前或植入后对后囊膜进行Ⅰ期后囊膜环形撕开或切开术，撕囊口大小在3～4mm间。结果 29例31眼全部Ⅰ期顺利完成，后囊膜的环形撕开人工晶体植入囊袋内的27例29眼，2例2眼植入睫状沟，术后随访3～18月矫正视力＞0.5 22眼占70.9%，1例人工晶体轻度偏斜，矫正视力0.3，其余人工晶体位正无偏斜移位。无黄斑囊样水肿和视网膜脱离病例，无角膜内皮细胞失代偿病例。结论 Ⅰ期后囊膜环形撕开或切开对后囊膜增殖钙化型白内障对迅速获得视轴区透明，增加改善术后视力，彻底预防后发障是必要的也是安全有效的。 【关键词】后囊膜增殖钙化 环形撕囊 白内障 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the proliferation of calcification of posterior capsular cataract surgery on the posterior capsule treatment methods and observe their effects. Methods 29 patients with 31 posterior capsular cataract line calcified proliferation of conventional cataract removal surgery on or before the implantation of intraocular lens implantation after posterior capsule for Phase Ⅰ of the posterior capsule tear or incision of the ring, capsulorhexis population size between the 3 ～ 4mm. Results 29 cases of 31 successful completion of all Phase Ⅰ annular tear of the posterior capsule intraocular lens implantation in the capsular bag 27 cases of 29, 2 cases of two ciliary sulcus implantation, patients were followed up 3 to 18 months corrected visual acuity gt; 0.5 22 70.9%.1 mild skew of artificial crystal, corrected visual acuity 0.3, the rest of intraocular lens position is no skew shift. No cystoid macular edema and retinal detachment cases, with no cases of corneal endothelial cell decompensation. Conclusion Ⅰ period of the posterior capsule tear or cut the ring of the posterior capsule for the rapid proliferation of calcified cataract visual axis to obtain a transparent and increase visual acuity improved and completely it is necessary to prevent after-cataract is also safe and effective. 【Key words】Posterior capsular proliferation calcification Circular capsulorhexis Cataract 后囊膜增殖钙化类型白内障手术行后囊膜抛光往往不能解决的，术后行YAG激光同样面临诸多问题，我院对2002年3月－2010年3月8年间在我院进行白内障
