精品论文 参考文献 “医护一体化”疼痛管理模式对下肢骨折患者围手 　刘陈林 　　（四川省成都市第二中医医院 四川 610500） 　　摘要：目的 探讨“医护一体化”疼痛管理模式对下肢骨折患者围手术期的应用效果。方法 选取2014 年5 月-2015 年4 月住院的152 例下肢骨折患者作为研 　　究对象，将其分为2 组：2014 年5-10 月的76 例为对照组，由传统的方法进行疼痛管理；2014 年11 月-2015 年4 月的76 例为实验组,按照科室疼痛管理的规范化 　　流程,在医护一体化工作模式下由护士进行疼痛宣教和评估、医生护士共同制定疼痛管理方案,护士落实个体化疼痛护理措施、规范用药指导、综合心理护理和超 　　前镇痛等多种疼痛管理方法。结果 经医护一体化疼痛管理,两组疼痛评分＜3 分的例数, 实验组94.74%，对照组64.47%。结论 运用医护一体化疼痛管理模式可 　　以有效减轻患者疼痛,提高护理服务质量。 　　关键词：医护一体化 疼痛管理 围手术期 　　The modal of Physician-nurse-integration pain management in the application of the perioperation in patients with lower limbs fractures. 　　【Abstract】Objective To discuss the effect of the modal of Physician-nurse-integration pain management in the application of the perioperation in the patients with 　　lower limbs fractures. Methods From May 2014 to April 2015,152 patients with lower limb fracture were divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental 　　group. The control group, 76 cases, from May 2014 to October 2014,were followed by the traditional pain management. The experimental group, 76 cases, from November 　　2014 to April 2015, were followed by the Physician-nurse integration pain management made by the surgeon and nurse, including pain education, pain evaluation, 　　individualized nursing on pain, programmed drugs administration, comprehensive nursing on psychology, preemptive analgesia , etc, which were implemented by nurses. 　　Results The cases of the experimental group that pain score was less than 3 account for 94.74% of all experimental cases and the cases of control group that pain score was 　　less than 3 account for 64.47% of all control cases.
