[Abstract] Objective ToclarifytheanatomicdistributionandCTmanifestationofdisseminatedtuberculosis(DTB)and
non—disseminatedtuberculosis(NDTB)involvingabdominallymphnodesSOastoimprovetheimagingdiagnosis．Methods
ContrastenhancedCT findingsof46patientswithdocumentedabdominaltuberculouslymphadenitis，involvedbyDTB (n一
13)andNDTB (一 33)，wereretrospectivelyevaluatedinablindreview fortheenhancementcriteriaoflocation，morpholo
gyanddensityofthefoci．DTB had miliarypulmonarytuberculosis．Results Both DTB and NDTB involved dominantly
omentum ，mesenteric，peripancreaticand upperparaaorticlymph nodes，butlowerparaaorticlymph nodeswereinvolved
moreofteninDTB (69．2 )thaninNDTB (6．1 )(PO．01)．TheenhancementpatternoflymphadenopathyofDTBwas
notdifferentfrom thatofNDTB．97 patientshadperipheralrim enhancement，frequentlywithamultilocularappearance．
Combiningallcriteria，thediagnosticaccuracyofabdominaltuberculosisis90 ，with specificityof89 andsensitivityof
93 ．100％ patientsofDTBhadhomogeneoushepatomegalyandinhomogeneoussplenomegalywithmultiplelowdensities，
46 patientsofDTB hadinhomogeneouskidneywithmultiplelow densities．Conclusion AnatomicdistributionofDTBis
differentfrom thatofNDTB inlowerretroperitoneallymphnodes，spleen，liverandkidney，whichwascloselyrelatedtOthe
infectionroutesofabdominalTB．
